Policy Makers, experts and researchers from 10 countries, agree to the creation of an International Network to carry out actions pools for development and dissemination of teleworking at international level.




As a result of an extensive workday, carried out in the meeting room of the Commission ICT of USER, Argentina, and with the intention to participate in an investigation called "Telework: Public Policies and Model Legislation" funded by the IDRC ̶ International Development Research Center, and executed by the Commission, a group of Policy Makers, experts and researchers in Teleworking, belonging to universities, research centers, public agencies and NGOS, Have determined shaping an international forum to promote the Endeavor and the Inclusion Labor through the Telework.


The participants in the day, have expressed, that compared to the growth of this modality in different countries, it is necessary for governments to establish joint strategies to enable the development of teleworking and ensure the guarantees legislative, political, educational and economic for safeguarding the interests of the companies, teleworkers and teleworkers..


Among the ideas of force raised and that led to a more comprehensive study found that the Teleworking is a catalyst for employment and economic development to human scale and is a matter that must be analyzed in detail by the governments because it can contribute to:


¾ Reduce the digital divide.

¾ Strengthen the family

¾ Increase the rates employment and labor

¾ Improving the insertion and labor integration of economically active people excluded from the labor market.

¾ Reduce job discrimination against women.

¾ Strengthening rural communities and decrease the migration both internal and external.

¾ Generate jobs and create new enterprises.

¾ Economic growth of the countries, through new currency generated through electronic commerce and the export of teleservices.

¾ Reduce assistance to reallocate these resources to education, training and employment.

¾ Reduce stress and harassment labor.

¾ Improving the indexes of technological absorption and image country.

¾ Reduce levels of pollution and to favor the environmental benefits as a product of the decongestion vehicular and decontamination acoustics, among others.
