Having done that, fill the bottle with ¾ cup water and another bottle with ½ cup of vinegar. Then put one tablespoon of baking soda in tissue paper and slowly put the bottle with vinegar and cover both bottles immediately. 

After the vinegar reacts with the baking soda you have to shake the bottle so that the carbon dioxide produced is transferred to the bottle with water. Wait one or two minutes before you open the container.
