Basic function:

-Assistance with planning, implementation of hardware, software, network, and telephone functions.

-Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and phone problems.

-support the development of procedures for the operation, installation, and upgrade of communication systems, hardware, networks, security, storage, and software.

-Help document current network hardware and environments, including servers, personal computers, IT systems and network systems, video conferencing, and telephony.

-Perform desktop maintenance and maintenance activities as needed.
